Emergency Preparedness EXPO

The Emergency Management Oceanside (EMO) team will be hosting the Emergency Preparedness EXPO again this year after a few years off due to COVID.
This event will take place on Saturday September 7th at the Qualicum Beach Civic Center from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
First responders, government agencies, emergency supply vendors, utilities and emergency partners will host a variety of activities to help emphasize the importance of taking steps to improve emergency preparedness and response. Displays, demonstrations, workshops, kids’ activities, and Quake Cottage, the ultimate mobile earthquake simulator. Learn about the challenges we face in an emergency and how to be better prepared.
